so I made another Chinese dish this evening for myself :)
really simple: bak choy + pork with some garlic… haahaa.
It’s really not advanced enough for me to give it a real name, but I thought it was quite yummy. slightly salty for the sirloin pork… but that’s OK ! (I’m not too familiar with how much of an ingredient to put in yet)
oh well, at least I tried to lay it out nicely so it would be more appetizing… bon appetite!

P.S who knew that baby pineapples existed? I didn’t!
